It’s a great time to study Spanish in Salamanca! Not only is the city looking at its most festive with the lights and the tree, but the town hall have sponsored an ice-skating rink which lies just next to the new Corte Ingles. A great way to put a highlight in your language learning trip, why not take a trip down?
It’s time for Christmas and the students of Salamanca are getting in the festive spirit – with an ice skating rink!
Not just a fun way to exercise, ice-skating is proving hugely popular with students doing a Spanish course in Salamanca. By taking a trip down there with class mates, the students are meeting people from all over the city – a great way to socialise, make friends and most importantly, speak Spanish.

A fun way to enjoy the holiday season - ice skating!
It’s a student friendly price too – five Euros for 45 minutes (after which you’re sure to be tired enough to want a break!). Bare in mind also that it’s two-for-one on Wednesdays, if you have a student card, it’s a 25% discount and if you go in a group of 25 or larger (something easy to organise if you’re doing a language course in the city), then there’s a special price.
The 500 suqare metre site is set up towards the Corte Ingles, about 10-15 minute walk from the Plaza mayor in Plaza de la concordia…why not take a trip down today?
